Ok so I need to get THAT post off the top.
And even though today still sucked some serious arse, (or ASS, as you Americanos call it) ... it was of course better than yesterday.
Mr TC really made an effort tonight .. was teaching Tiger how to make a cup of tea. They laughed and talked for about 10 minutes, how it warmed (thawed) my heart! Then, Mr TC was talking about how he sleeps upstairs. He said something about how I "don't care about the old sick man upstairs anymore." I felt so bad. I kissed him, told him I wanted to breathe his breath. (We used to say that when we first got together). I said I'm sorry, I had reached my limit with it all months ago, and I just don't know how I'm getting through these days.

I'm about to fall asleep on my computer. I need to shut it off ... without even reading anybody's blog. Take take take, tsk tsk. I still haven't set up a google reader account, but I will.

I wonder if you've fallen asleep over there across the globe -- and I hope that its a deep and dreamless sleep where you can recharge. I am so fucking grateful to the universe that you are out there, blogging -- I wish I could be where you are, but for now I hope just the knowledge of the place you hold in my heart - it is there, and I am thinking of you. You are strong woman, but let us be strong for you too and hold you a bit.
If you're like me I never wanted anyone to hold me either -- but I hope you'll grant me a bit of permission to do it virtually.

I wanna come to one of your AA/NA meeting they sound fabulous. I am so glad they are helpful to you.
"take, take, take..." YES. That's what we are here for. Sometimes in life you just need to recieve. It's a good lesson to all of us to see you do so gracefully (and you do!) so that when our turn comes to take, we'll know it's okay because you've shown us that it is. Women have this thing against taking and it's wrong. Rest in the fact that we love giving to you. No expectations in return.
